Another wonderful Jabra

This Jabra BT2020 is everything as advertised. I've owned several (more then 15) bluetooth headsets and Jabra has always had the best incoming call volume and sound quality to other person. I've had the BT2020 for three or four months now and not a single problem. Good battery life and the standard Mini USB charging port is wonderful.

I am handicapped therefore I use hand controls to drive. My hands are not free to use a handset and I must ue a headphone.

I previously had a Jabra BT5000 that I lost.

When I tried to order it again it was not available so I ordered this one. I love it. It is smaller than the previous one I had. Excellent reception. I am enjoying it. I would recommend it to anyone considering a headset. I would buy this product again.

The Jabra BT2020 bluetooth over-the-ear piece was a replacement for one that I lost. Delivery was prompt and the devise has performed flawlessly. This Jabra is not only the most comfortable that I have worn but also it provides the clearest reception and transmission of all of the bluetooth devises that I have tried.

This is my third Jabra bluetooth headset - not because there was anything wrong with the other two, I lost them. I have tried the other style where the head set just rests against your ear, but because of surrounding noise level always made hearing the conversation difficult so they were never adequate. I love these models because of the insert that goes into your ear. I know some do not like them for that reason, but after using several different models, I think it is the best, especially when I am driving which is where I use the headset the most. I wish the battery life was a little longer; the manual says 360 hours (15 days) of standby time. Not even close; about 3-4 days. Some have complained about the sound quality; I have found the sound quality fine, but the criticism about the button use while wearing it is true. The previous Jabra headsets were much easier to use the buttons while you were wearing it. All that said, I would buy it again, and recommend it.

I have had this headset for over 2 months. This headset sits around the ear and the ear piece is actually in the ear, receiving crystal clear sound. It also works well in very quiet areas but as most headsets, in loud areas the mic picks up ambient noise. Reception is good, but it starts to get static about 5 feet from the phone. Battery life is very good and it doesn't take long to fully charge. I have had problems with conventional headsets that sit over the ear. This slick and comfortable design is a great deal for under $30. Overall, great product.
