Overal this armband is not all that bad, espcially for the price. I'm 6ft 205 and it fits great over my arms. It can take a beatin and it will keep on going.

However, The elastic band folds and can be slightly uncomfortable. There is no opening for you to push the hold button on your Ipod. So I had to get some scissors and make a hole.

If you are looking for an item that won't cost you an arm and a leg this item is perfect. Best of luck.

It's a good case, and great for working out. My only complaint is that it can be annoying to use the click wheel because the plastic covers it and isn't that responsive.

In general a great product especially for the price. The only problem I have is the plastic covering the spin dial makes it hard to control especially while running, although I will probaly be cutting off the lower plastic soon to solve this problem. Other than that a great product.
